9-1-1 Services The Northwest Regional Communication Centre (NRCC) is the primary service answer point for most of north-western Alberta, covering  286,875 square kilometers, or 43% of the total land mass of the province.  When you call 9-1-1 from anywhere inside this area, your call is answered in Grande Prairie!  The dispatcher’s transfer calls to the appropriate agencies and they dispatch over 60 Fire Departments, including the Bezanson Fire Department.

Some utilities are buried mere centimeters below the surface.  Contact Alberta One-Call to request that the buried utilities on your property be located and marked at least two full working days before you plan to dig.
