Recreation Facility Attendant
Bezanson Agricultural Society’s purpose is to enrich the community through the encouragement of community spirit and well-being by providing facilities, recreation, educational programs, and community opportunities.
Bezanson Agricultural Society is accepting resumes for a Recreation Facility Attendant.
This position will oversee and maintain the grounds and related facilities of the Bezanson Agricultural Society
Duties include:
- Keeping the grounds and outdoor facilities free of garage
- Grass mowing and weed control
- Painting outdoor equipment and/or buildings
- Watering trees, planting and weeding flower beds
- Oversee and handle the set up and tear down for rentals, summer programs and summer camps
- Assist in cleaning the facility and assist where needed
Qualifications:
- Candidates must be between 15 – 30 years of age at the start of employment
- Must be a Canadian citizen and be legally entitled to work in Alberta as per provincial regulations
- Able to clear a criminal record and vulnerable sector check
- Be a Team player
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be available and present for the duration of 9 weeks of employment
Details:
- 30 hours per week
- This position is a 9-week position beginning June 23 and ending August 22.
